MEMO TO ALL QUEENSLAND AFFILIATED CLUBS
ALL memberships are to be done through your Club or online with Cycling Australia (once up and running). Manual Membership forms were distributed to EVERY club last week. Once the system is up and running there will be a $5.00 fee for every Manual Membership (CA has waived this in the interim). Membership procedures can be found on pages 13 and 14 of the 2012 Club Manual. If your club has transfer forms to be signed off by Cycling Queensland, then you have the option of sending them here (with membership forms and cheques made payable to Cycling Australia) and we will forward on your behalf. Below is information available on the Cycling Australia website.
Cycling Australia membership falls into three main categories:
§ Gold Race - For racing cyclists (categories by age from Juniors to Masters and everything in between).
§ Silver Ride - For recreational cyclists (Adult, Junior, Seniors & KIDZ).
§ Platinum - For coaches, officials and administrators working in cycling.
See the membership section of the Cycling Australia website to find out which category of membership is best for you.
